Richard Spink      Physiotherapist 

Richard is a highly experienced sports physiotherapist. He graduated over 10 years ago from Southampton from here he consolidated his skills around the UK and Canada until settling in Bristol 5 years ago. Having worked for a time in professional football he started in Private practice, managing a very successful clinic before moving to My Life.  

He has successfully rehabilitated numerous World Class athletes in a range of sports from Boxing and Judo to Athletics and Triathlon. Over the last 3 years there has been further specialism in the stage and performance, and has been sought after by some of the biggest theatre producers. 

His dedicated, patient and highly personable approach has made him a popular clinician throughout Bristol and the West. He has successfully skied unsupported to the North Pole. He now leads long distance expeditions and is known to take an occasional adventure.
