Everyone has heard of Tiger Woods and one of the key reasons for his success is his physical conditioning. When other players are struggling with injury or fatigue Tiger is able to practice harder for longer because of his fitness.

The team believe in working with the player, their professional coach and their physiotherapist to get the best results. By working as a team a players weaknesses can be assessed and exercises prescribed to specifically help them in their golf swing.

Strength, core stability, flexibility, stamina and nutrition are key to being a better golfer.

A number of golfers have achieved success with Andy’s help off the course. Chris Wood took 5th place in the 2008 Open – Chris has been working with Andy for almost 4 years.
