Your Personal Online Training plan will instruct you on what to do every day. Any exercises will be accompanied by step by step pictures and descriptions. You will receive contact via email and phone to make sure you are getting the most out of your training. You will be asked to complete feedback on a weekly basis to help plan your training in the future. Unlike many on line training programmes it is made simple to prevent valuable training time being spent filling in paper work.
As well as training advise you will also be able to get access to the right nutrition for you to achieve your goals.
